CHARLOTTE SVOLOS may split the womens vote
CHARLOTTE SVOLOS may actually split the womens vote in 3. Kurt Weideman replaced a woman council person and a few women in town are hoping to replace this seat with a woman. Voting by gender is wrong but I do agree we need a nice balance in Council.
